Our in-house kitchen assistants and dishwashers work in-house to ensure our our culinary standards are upheld for our on-site team to execute a flawless event!

Job Types: Open Availability, Part-time

Salary: $15.00/hour

Experience: Culinary: 1 year (Preferred)

License: Drivers License (Preferred)

Language: English and Spanish (Preferred)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Basic knowledge in food preparation
• Food handling and recipe preparation under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager and Sous Chef
• Labeling food
• Ensuring the kitchen is always clean, tidy and organized
• Assistant Kitchen Manager with food inventory
• Wash dishes and food preparation equipment 
• Any other other tasks as assigned by Kitchen Manager

PREFERRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Open availability
• Flexible hours, including mornings and evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent customer care
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Work standing on your feet for 10-12 hours a shift with brief or minimal breaks in between
• Outstanding customer care and attention to detail
• Previous culinary and kitchen experience is a must
• Must be able to legally work in the US
